I was checking out and noticed the ground beef rung up more than shelf price. They had checked and whole row was stocked for 5.98 the lady said I will not change price for u to get it for price shown I asked to speak to manager and as I was transferring money he asked how can he help me and I said yes give me one second he then says I don't have one second n I told him he can get out my face because your attitude is worse than the other manager.
I never had this problem before and will never shop at iga again for the rest of my life...awful customer experience with two different people in management.
I didn't stock the ground beef there so it should not have been problem to get it for the price shown where they stocked it.. no name tags...they did not move it to the right spot so I won't be the only complaint if the customer catches it.

I went into IGA in Thomson Ga. Several ppl were at the customer service desk.
Asked for a copy, something I've done many years in IGA stores here and other cities. A young man said we don't have a copier. A manager walked up, he asked her about copies, then she asked me "what you need", very nastily. I told her I'd like to get a copy made.
At first she said, we don't make copies. Then she said we're not allowed to make copies. I told her I'd been there several times before and gotten copies. Told her I had some made last Sunday.
She took the paper and said I'll make it, but we're not supposed to. She was speaking in such a nasty way, (the way she said it); that I took the paper back and said, thank you, I'll just go somewhere else and get it done.
How is a manager going to supervise employees on "customer service", when she has a nasty, unprofessional attitude. Someone in Corporate, please give this Manager/store some attention.

How was it IGA early one morning ring and going through the garbage can't get cans and bottles to turn in and 1 of the so called managers employee all managers and players that were working that morning told me told me I could not go through the garbage I'll be back later that evening with my husband And they live point in the cops And I made 86 for the property The manager supposedly to be the manager you're gave props to another customer that was going to call the cops That's not manager appropriate appropriate to give other customers customers props and pattern on the shoulder for helping them out and them out that's not OKI was told by my attorney that I have every right to go through the garbage can get pop cans and bottles to return we turn and they can't do anything about it I still won't talk to me when I called the store to talk to to a actual boss or or the owner to get information to contact them instead they decided they were gonna hang up on me today So if you would please contact me ASAP At 541-699- **** so I can get this taken care of because it's not right for me to be discriminated harassed harassed and treated a disrespectful way respectfully by coworkers toe workers and so called managers

No one that wants to go through a business’ garbage Has their own attorney.
What I thought. If they could afford an attorney they would not need to be digging through garbage to get a return on cans and bottles.
